  • What yields can I expect?
    We have units/properties yielding anywhere from 5-9% on a standard AST (long-term contract) and anywhere up to 20% on an STL (short-term let) basis.
  • Are there any hidden fees/do you charge a sourcing fee?
    The usually associated fees for purchasing a property are the following: Mortgage broker Stamp duty Solicitors Furniture pack (if required) No sourcing fees are paid to our consultants, we get paid directly from the vendor.
  • What are the benefits of buying off-plan?
    Buying property at today's price for tomorrow's value. Choosing preferred unit, higher floor, bigger unit. Securing money – hedging against inflation. Buying at a discounted rate – when the property is ready, they usually sell at a higher price. 10-year build warranty. High specification. No maintenance. Capital gain without mortgage cost. City centre locations. High facilities.
  • Do we manage the properties?
    All of our developments have experienced management teams in place for both long-term lets and short-term lets (where it is deemed appropriate). However, if investors would prefer, they can manage the properties themselves.
  • How do we select developers?
    All of our developers fit 3 main criteria: 100% success with their track record (we view extended delays as a failure). Transparency at all times. High-quality builds that will last a lifetime.
  • Are there any restrictions when selling the property?
    Clients are able to sell the properties whenever they like.
