What yields can I expect?We have units/properties yielding anywhere from 5-9% on a standard AST (long-term contract) and anywhere up to 20% on an STL (short-term let) basis.

Are there any hidden fees/do you charge a sourcing fee?The usually associated fees for purchasing a property are the following: Mortgage broker Stamp duty Solicitors Furniture pack (if required) No sourcing fees are paid to our consultants, we get paid directly from the vendor.

What are the benefits of buying off-plan?Buying property at today's price for tomorrow's value. Choosing preferred unit, higher floor, bigger unit. Securing money – hedging against inflation. Do we manage the properties?All of our developments have experienced management teams in place for both long-term lets and short-term lets (where it is deemed appropriate). However, if investors would prefer, they can manage the properties themselves.

Are there any restrictions when selling the property?Clients are able to sell the properties whenever they like.
