Q: Do you have a favourite project or development in Dubai that you’ve worked on or find particularly exciting?
A: I would say Ras Al Khaimah, Al Marjan Island, is very exciting for me. Wynn Casino is coming to completion in 2027 Q1 and there is limited area for developers to build. Within Dubai, the communities that are launching this year will be huge for the market and investors, especially in Dubailand and towards Dubai South.

A: The future of the Dubai property market is incredibly exciting, especially with the UAE’s 2040 master plan shaping the city’s growth. 2024 has already seen the UAE attract the highest number of global millionaire migrants, which speaks volumes about the demand not only for real estate but also for the country’s thriving economy, lifestyle, and like-minded population striving for excellence.
